The Sea Garden in Varna, one of the town’s symbols, is spread along the entire beach walk.

 

It is declared a work of garden art. It is distinguished by the wonderful well-maintained garden areas, the quiet alleys, the beautiful and diverse natural greenery and the abundance of cultural monuments on its territory. The Sea Garden is also home of several of Varna’s symbols – the Aquarium, the Dolphinarium, the Terrarium, the Summer Theatre, the Naval Museum and many more.

 

The Sea Garden together with the St. St. Konstantin and Elena Botanical Garden and the Botanical Park in Balchik are the only artificial reserves for rare and protected plants along Bulgaria’s sea coast. The uniqueness of Varna’s sea garden comes from its natural extension into the beach and the sea and from the smooth transition between park and sea landscape.
