Save the Dates! International Partners’ Meeting and Study Trips in Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria
The DANUrB+ International Partners’ Meeting will be held between 10th and 15th October 2021 in Hungary, Slovakia, and Austria. The Budapest University of Technology and Economics and the Slovak University of Technology in Bratislava are hosting the event and have planned Study Trip to the Northern Section of the Danube on October 10th and 11th, Project Partner’s Meeting with Workshops in Bratislava on October 12th and 13th, and Western European Study Trip in Austria during October 14th and 15th.

LDL Museum Cluster Brand Positioning
The Living Danube Limes (LDL) Museum Cluster Brand Positioning was one of the main topics on the 1st International Conference within the EU Interreg DTP Project “Living Danube Limes”, held on 07-08.09.2021, virtually hosted by the University of Novi Sad, Faculty of Technical Sciences, and the Lead Partner - Danube University Krems.

Roman Cruise on the Danube River in 2022
Тhe big dream of the Living Danube Limes (LDL) project will become reality in 2022 – a cruise down the Danube with a reconstructed 4th century lusoria, the “Danuvina Alacris”. The plan for the cruise, which connects all countries bordering directly on the Danube, all LDL pilot sites, and which will hold a bunch of synergies with sister projects along the Danube, was started in May.

HERTOUR4YOUTH Project - Empowering Young People in Promoting Heritage Tourism Resources through the Development of Their Own Digital Skills
The National Tourism Cluster "Bulgarian Guide" is a partner in the HERTOUR4YOUTH project, co-funded by the Erasmus+ Programme of the European Union, which aims to enable young people to promote Heritage Tourism resources through the development of their own digital skills. The project involves a total of 6 partners from 5 different countries (UK, Netherlands, Italy, Greece, and Bulgaria). The lead partner is Civic Computing (CIVIC), which is one of the largest suppliers of digital work to the Scottish Government.

The QuesTour Project Promotes Cultural and Historical Routes and Resources in Bulgaria and Serbia
Cultural and historical routes and resources, which are poorly researched and known so far, were popularized thanks to the cross-border project QuesTour - Valorization and capitalization of unexplored cultural and historical resources in the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Serbia, CB007.2.13.225.

Старинни оръжия, автентична керамика, традиционни ястия от Северозапада и още занаяти и изкуство от България и Сърбия показа фестивалът QuesTour във Враца
Трансграничното събитие (2-4 юли 2021 г.) събра в местността „Вратцата“ край Враца творци и занаятчии, танцьори и певци. Участници и посетители създаваха нови връзки помежду си, обмениха добри практики и културни ценности. Фестивалът се проведе в рамките на трансграничния проект QuesTour - Валоризация и капитализация на неизследваните културни и исторически ресурси в трансграничния регион на България и Сърбия, CB007.2.13.225, а негов организатор беше Община Враца, която е партньор по проекта. Водещ партньор на проекта е Национален туристически клъстер „Българският пътеводител“, партньор от Сърбия ЕНЕКА, Ниш.

Cross-Border Festival in Vratsa Will Show the Culture, Customs, and Traditions on Both Sides of the Bulgarian-Serbian Border
The festival will be held from Friday to Sunday - July 2-4, 2021, in the "Vratsata" area near Vratsa. It is organized by the Vratsa Municipality under the Project QuesTour - Valorization and capitalization of unexplored cultural and historical resources in the cross-border region of Bulgaria and Serbia, CB007.2.13.225, in which it is a partner. The leading partner of the project is the National Tourism Cluster "Bulgarian Guide", and the partner from Serbia is ENECA, Nis.

Историческа туристическа обиколка връща участниците във времето на античните легиони
Разгадаване на кодирани столетни послания, вълнуващо прелистване на овехтели дневници, търсене на отдавна забравени съкровища – това предлага третият тур от трансграничния проект „Questour“ между България и Сърбия. Участниците в туристическата обиколка ще бъдат въвлечени във вълнуващото приключение да разкриват скрити загадки и така, стъпка по стъпка, да се придвижват към следващия обект.

Cultural Tours, Site Visits and City Walks Will Spice Up the DANUrB+ International Partner Meeting
The DANUrB+ International Partner Meeting in Sombor, Serbia will be held on 15th – 17th June 2021. Its overflowing program will allow participants to visit several attractions and to gain knowledge from the best practices in the field of tourism from the host city and the surrounding area. Cultural tours, site visits and city walks will add value to the experience of the participants, while discussing on topics such as the developing process in peripheral shrinking cities, the Atlas of DANUrB towns, potentials of intangible heritage, etc.

Инициатива на Национален туристически клъстер „Българският пътеводител“ и ЕНЕКА ще предизвика туристи с цел да бъдат предложени начини за възстановяване на позабравени традиции и обичаи от района на Перник и Кюстендил, а от сръбска страна - в района на Пирот. Група туристи ще бъдат преведени през различни забележителности с характерни поминък, занаяти или традиции, като ще бъдат насърчавани да ги разглеждат от гледна точка на предприемачи, които трябва да ги възстановят и направят привлекателни за предизвикване на туристически интерес.

Bulgarians and Serbians Will Look for Traces of Legendary Magical Creatures
Two groups of adventurers will head out on both sides of the Bulgarian- Serbian border to look for traces of the former mythical creatures that inhabited these lands. Demigods, dragons and halls, fairies, witches and sorcerers, orcs and goblins, dwarves and giants are sung in legends and works of folk art.
