„Vitosha” Boulevard , often called just "Vitoshka", extends from "St. Nedelya" Square to  the “Southern Park”.  Among the notable buildings, located on the boulevard is The National Palace of Culture .The section between "Alabin" Str. and "Patriarch Evtimii” Blvd. is a pedestrian zone  and traffic there is currently permitted only on neighboring or perpendicular  streets.  “Vitoshka” is full of posh stores and boutiques, shops and cafes, street artists entertain the passers-by. A favorite place to relax, stroll around, have some fun and when the weather’s nice it’s always lively and bustling.
