Vola Open Air is a music festival in Nature Park Vrachanski Balkan, on top of Okolchitsa peak which has now become a sustainable long term project in cooperation with the Vratsa Balkan Nature Park Directorate and Vratsa Municipality.

The festival aims to be:

- A stage for Bulgarian and foreign young, creative and noncommercial artists;

- To gather and integrate young people into the natural way of living;

- To promote tourism by supporting the sustainable cultural development of the region.
