Established as a true celebration of classical music, the festival is held annually in September, in the towns of Dobrich and Albena.

In its history, the festival has brought together more than 3.500 young musicians from all over Europe, Asia, South and North America, Australia.

This year, the organizers from the Municipality of Dobrich and their partners –art & creative unions and NGOs - have prepared some truly interesting surprises.
